Riding the Bus is Easy
We keep it as simple as possible. For the easiest trip:

Plan ahead.
Use the online trip planner on the right side of this page, access Google Transit from your smart phone, view and print maps and schedules for our routes, or call our customer service center at (859) 253-4636. -
Get your fare.
You can always pay your fare when boarding the bus ($1 and $5 bills accepted), but if you prefer a pass, many options are available. You can buy bus passes online or at the following locations: Lextran Transit Center at 200 East Vine Street, Administrative Offices at 200 West Loudon, and Lexington-area Kroger stores (30-day pass only). Please note that passes purchased online are mailed; they are not available to print at this time. -

Airport Trips
Route 21 - Airport/Keeneland is the Lextran bus you'll want to take to and from Bluegrass Airport. Then, you will be able to make a transfer at the Transit Center if your destination is located along another route.
