CALL FOR PROJECT APPLICATIONS

JARC and New Freedom

LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Transit Authority of Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (Lextran) is calling for project applications to receive JARC and New Freedom program funds. Copies of the application and associated documents are available here or from the office of Jared Forte, Lextran, 109 West Loudon Avenue, Lexington, KY 40508; (859) 255–7756 ext 205. Email requests for the application should be made to jforte@lextran.com. A pre-application submission conference will be held at 10:00 AM on February 23, 2012 at the Lextran Training Center located at 105 Spruce St., Lexington, KY 40507. All applications must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth and must be received in the Lextran offices at 109 West Loudon Avenue, Lexington, KY 40508 by or before 5:00 PM local time, on March 22, 2012. Lextran hereby notifies all applicants that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this call for applications, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals and no one will be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, disability, age, or national origin in consideration for an award.
