The activities of Lextran are managed and controlled by a Board of Directors, comprised of eight members appointed by the Mayor. The length of their term may vary. Current members of the Lextran Board are:

Board Meetings are held once a month at the Lextran Training Center, located at 105 Spruce Street, at 5:00 p.m. The dates of the 2011-2012 Board meetings are as follows:
